Clara Macavity was very excited since she was going with me to Hamilton Gardens!
The first garden was a very pretty Japanese one and Clara liked it a lot. She now really wants to go to Japan!
The english flower garden was up next. The flowers were all now in bloom and looked wonderful. Do you remember when Willow Cottontail visited this garden in winter?
Those were just some of the pictures I took of Clara in that garden. In the winter, the garden was a muddy mess and now just look at those flowers!
Clara by another large pond.
Can you see the turtle?
The Friendship Tree was Clara’s favourite thing in the Chinese garden thouhj the turtle and fish did look amazing too!
Wow! Another transformed by Summer garden! This one is Indian.
Guess where we are now? In Italy! The water was such a lovely shade of blue that it makes you want to jump right into it, it was nice and warm too. Unfortunatly, neither of us had bought swimming gear.
Clara in the Italian garden.
There was an amazing view over a river but it was a long way down so Clara was very anxious she was going to fall!
Walking…
The Tudor garden.
Veggie patch. (phew! It was getting rather hot in the sun!)
How lovely! A sunflower sun umbrella!
There were many more gardens we visited but last of all we went for a walk around Turtle lake.
The poor tree! Nice and warm in winter but so hot in summer!
It transports you back in time, doesn’t it?
Halfway there!
After snacking on some food Clara was up again.
We both had a lovely time.
Byeeeee!

Hi Emily!
I remember the post you wrote about your visit to these gardens with Willow Cottontail and I also remember you meant to visit the gardens again.
I´m so glad you did and you shared these beautiful pictures!!
I loved Hamilton Gardens in winter but I loved them even more in summer!! So many beautiful flowers.
I´m sure Clara enjoyed the warm weather and the lovely sights.( Very cute the picture under the sunflower)
Your photos are awesome! Thanks you for sharing such a nice visit!
Clara was a whole lot luckier than Willow since unlike her, she got to see the flowers in full bloom. I took my new camera along and most of the photos turned out okay I think though I did not upload some extremly blurry ones.

What pretty gardens, I can’t decide which one I liked the most! It seems that Clara really had lots of fun!
She definatly did! All of the critters are hoping that they will be picked to visit the gardens in Autumn!
