“Now come in and have a look at the new addition to the McPurr household. Marie! The children are here!” shouted Douglas MuPurr eagerly, pushing the two into the bedroom. His wife was allready there about to pick up the baby.

The little baby snuffled a bit as it was picked up and carried to the rest of the family by her mother.

“George and Jayrene, please welcome Pumpkin Heather Anne McPurr to our family and Pumpkin dear, be nice to your big brother and sister.” said Marie McPurr while stroking the baby.

The two children looked at each other in a hesitant way, they were not too keen on this baby. “Well?” asked their father impatiantly, just then the baby started to cry, “Um, I will fetch the bottle” he continued.

“Jayrene, you can feed her, go on” encouraged Marie, “There is no need to be frightened.”

Jayrene, a bit embarassed about the whole thing climbed up onto the chair.

Gingerly, she picked up the bottle and gave it to her, after a while, it was empty and little Pumpkin giggled for the first time in her life. Jayrene was no longer shy and was begining to feel excited to be a big sister, after a while, George also liked not being the youngest anymore but was a little bit dissapointed that she was called Pumpkin, he would have named her Anne as her first name. The children had now decided that Pumpkin was the best thing they could have ever expected as a little baby sister. As the two parents walked out the door, they both though…

Isn’t Pumpkin ADORABLE with a capital A? She has to be one of the cutest baby’s ever made. Her description is up on Meet the Critters, do you see the orange dress hanging on the wall? That is what Pumpkin will be wearing soon but for now this baby dress thingey is what she will wear.

At six o’clock exactly, Douglas McPurr droped off his two children, George and Jayrene, at the Bramble’s house. Rebecca Bramble lead them in, glaring at her husband who had just finished the family’s sofa and was covered head to toe in wood chips and scraps of fabric.

A little bit flustered, she called one of her two children, Anna, even though they and the MuPurr children where several years apart, they got along very well. “We are going to have so much fun this evening! You must see the wooden bunk bed Daddy has made for Maxi and I, it looks so nice with our white and blue blankets and pillows, they match the wallpaper!” exclamied Anna excitedly, she had been looking forward very much to Jayrene’s and George’s visit.

Anna took the two into the bedroom.

“Hello there! I am going to sketch you while you play with my sister but after that I will play with you aswell.” said Maxi.

Anna sat down beside Jayrene and George on the rug and they played with some of Jayrene’s toy’s while Maxi sketched them, he was very good at drawing and was delighted when his parents bought him a special drawing notebook and a set of twelve colouring in pencils aswell as two splendid new pencils.

The four  children chattered eagerly with one another about a rage of topics, from the new bunk bed Anna’s and Maxi’s dad had built them all the way to the new range of dolls and trains that had just been released and of course everything in between. The new baby though was the main topic, “Her name is going to be… ” said Jayrene,

“Our parents already know what they are going to name her, though they are not telling us.” carried on George.

“Oooohh, how exciting! I really am looking forward to meeting them” declared Anna.

“I have finished sketching you so what should we do now?” asked Maxi,

“I know! I will just have to ask Mummy if she will let us use some blankets to play sleeping beauty!” replied Anna.

She soon returned with bankets and a blue paper crown,

“I will be princess Anna and since Sleeping Beauty is a bit boring, we can add in a bit of our own side to the story. Now, I think I should wear the purple blanket as a velvet silk dress and the blue crown, I will sit on the top bunk bed.” said Anna, enjoying herself.

“Yes, and I will be a fairy and will guard the ladder so that no-one can rescue you, I am a wicked fairy you know.” replied Jayrene.

“Can I be the prince who tries to rescue you?” asked George.

“That is a great idea! I will be your horse, don’t worry, my prickles are soft!” said Maxi.

“Now pretend I turn into a good fairy because you have lifted the spell so I will fly you up to Princess Anna because the ladder has fallen down the well, yes, now you get off your horse and I fly you up!” pretended Jayrene.

“Prince George, please save me! The ladder has fallen down!”cried Anna.

“Hello children, would you like something to eat? Salad? Sandwiches?” asked Mrs. Bramble who had come in the door.

“Yes please!” all the children said and were soon munching on the delicious things that Mrs. Bramble had brought them.

It was getting late so the children took off to brush their teeth while the two parents made the guest’s bed with straw and a blue blanket.

After thé children had hopped into bed, Mrs. Bramble read them a story,

“Once upon a time there lived a little rabbit called Cinderella…”

After the story, all the children except Maxi had fallen asleep, he was wondering what had happened to his sketch book and why was his bed so unusualy hard?

I really like these pictures, the bedroom has a very beachy feel doesn’t it? I really like the wallpaper =) The next story is going to be called’ At home in the Morning’ I am going to do the pictures now…

You will be greeted by a friendly butler at the counter, and asked if your visit is for a booking, table now or for some other reason…

If you choose to eat at the restaurant without a booking before hand or when you have arrived at your time of booking, Douglas, after greeting you, will take any coats or handbags from you…

To put on the wooden coat hanger for the time you are there…

If you have not booked a specific table or if none of the tables is booked, you will get a choice of sitting on the velvet cushioned…

Or the wooden chairs…

Once you have chosen, he will push the chair in for you…

And if there are spare chairs, will take them away or add a high chair if needed.

In the kitchen the menus are under the counter…

And a large oven to cook delicious things like lasange…

On the back wall there is lots of storage room for ingredients…

And pots and pans…

On the counter beside the oven, the water glasses and beer “juggas” are keept…

And on a side table are more glasses and a range of wines…

You can experince fine dinning at its very best…

Thats the Harvester restaurant for you! These pictures are not the best but… Douglas really needed a brush didn’t he? I am really happy with my restaurant, do you like it too? The wallpaper was really expensive, one dollar per ten centimeters I think because it was 1.2 meters long and cost twelve dollars… By the way, Marie Mcpurr is going to have her baby on the tenth incase you don’t know that yet.

Hello Readers!

A little while ago, I got the Village Store and a bunch of original accesories with it and I have now turned it into a restaurant for Henry Doormouse. I really wanted to keep the character of the building so I thought I would leave the sign saying Village Store. So here it is!

This is it with all the stuff in it, there are quite alot of accesories!

Some of Henry’s curious friends came over for a clean out.

As you can see here, the floor condition is quite poor in some areas but I wanted to change the floor anyway so that does not matter too much. For the floor I chose this beautiful dark wood which will look great with the wallpaper…

Ta-da! The restaurant is a surprise for Henry so some of his friends came in to help get the floor down.

On these blue jars you can see where the label was! (I took the original labels off, they did not look good)

Some of the glass jars had soft brown balls in it which were really disgusting but after some hot, soapy water…

Much better!

As you can see, it was all quite in a bad condition, but now, when I look at the finished product, you can not see in what state the floor was. I will write a story on the wedding, little pumpkin…and what about a halloween witch tutorial?
